“I think the holiday went well. We enjoyed the matches starting after the first weekend.  Holiday felt more important than the bowling. Apart from the first day we were urged to play triples but we agreed to make it fewer ends.  So we must have looked trustworthy as we were allowed to play with absent members’ bowls! The situation of the hotel was excellent and a keypad back gate led us straight to shops, cafes and promenade. As you are aware our group is made up of ladies from five clubs so less easy to get feed-back.”

Transport throughout was efficient, always on time, and usually in new air-conditioned coaches so we always had plenty of room. The transfers to and from Faro airport were also very good indeed. They were there waiting for us on arrival and got us back to the airport in good time on the return trip. Well done and thank you very much. We`ll remember this trip for a long, long time.

“We had a great bowling themed holiday and made good use of the fortnight. The Aguamarina Apartments were ideal for us, so handy for the Winter Gardens Bowling Club where we made many friends. In addition to the pairs tournament we participated in “Rollup” competitions and booked a rink for ourselves most mornings at 9am when we had triples friendlies. The pre-booked island tour was excellent. Thank you both for all the assistance with this excellent holiday”
